Visitors & Carers. Relatives and carers often know about an individuals care needs and home environment. With the permission of the client staying with us we welcome participation from carers in particular from those who will be personally involved in the care of individuals. We can assist carers enabling new skills for ongoing care. At times of rehabilitation and treatment we prefer that unless part of the care-plan visitors respect the privacy and dignity of all those in our care. We ask visitors to understand that different individuals will have different needs and respecting the diverse needs of all those in Roborough means we prefer visiting after evening supper and for visitors to use the individual rooms and grounds wherever possible for their visit. We offer flexibility at weekends and flexibility to individual needs.
