Director of Care – The Director is a registered manager with wide ranging experience across sectors, under this professional direction the establishment is run to strict quality assurance and with close monitoring of performance against standards.

Rehabilitation & Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy – We utilise the professional expertise of therapists for assessment and treatment programmes including safe transfer and mobility.

Matron Head of Care – Responsible for daily management of the health and social care teams the housekeeping, catering and smooth operation of the House day to day.

Registered Nurses – Qualified in general health and mental and psychological health to meet the complex needs of individuals in our care. This allows us to provide for physical, mental and psychological care including learning disability.

Health and Social Care Workers – The carers assist the registered professionals providing personal care and clinical support.

Activities & Rehabilitation Assistant – To support the programmes of rehabilitation and occupy body and mind this assistant provides the link to the whole team.

Social Work Staff – Specialist input is provided by partnership working with our colleagues in social care.

Housekeeping – The housekeeping service is responsible for providing a safe, clean and pleasant environment under the Senior Housekeeper.

Catering – With a cook on site, under the direction of the Deputy Matron we can provide a restaurant service or buffet. The kitchen strives to use fresh ingredients locally sourced and a range of dishes. Self service is encouraged for those undergoing rehabilitation. Specialist diets can be catered for and snacks are available 24 hours a day.
